Who carries the legal responsibility?
We do, and it does not transfer to you when the box arrives. We are the EU Responsible Person on every product, hold the technical file for ten years, and are the importer of record. You are the distributor of a compliant product, not the importer of an uncertain one.
What arrives with the box?
A GPSR file per product family, a REACH certificate on jewellery and metalware, a responsibility mark on every piece, fibre labelling for textiles, and packaging EPR registered.
How does the invoice work?
Invoiced in euro by a Spanish-established supplier, duty and import VAT settled at the border. Outside Spain we invoice under the reverse charge against your VAT number. A Spanish shop is invoiced with Spanish VAT.
Can I also sell these on marketplaces?
Yes, anywhere in the EU. We can set up and feed your listings on Faire, Ankorstore, Amazon and other major marketplaces, and help with cross-border e-commerce set-up, so you can focus on choosing the pieces. Ask for a quote.
How fast are restocks and made-to-order pieces?
Restocks follow our fortnightly consolidation: back in your shop within about three weeks. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are made in around three days and arrive with duty already paid in five to seven.
What will you not sell?
Nothing with a therapeutic or medical claim, no ingestible AYUSH products, no cosmetics or food yet, and no product family without a compliance file.
Handmade means variation. Is that a defect?
No. A shift in a block print or a hammer mark on brass is the product. We describe the range at the point of order, so you know what to expect.
