Buying, shipping, returns.
Everything practical in one place, in plain words. Nothing here is a policy written by a lawyer to protect me from you — it is what actually happens.
How buying works
- Ask first, if you want. Measurements, fabric, how something actually fits — message me and I will tell you straight, including when a piece is not right for you.
- Second-hand pieces: buy them on Vinted. Every piece from my own collection links to its listing. Payment, postage and buyer protection are all handled there, so there is no separate checkout on this site and I never see your card details.
- New stock: order on WhatsApp. Cards marked with a shop name are new goods from a Prague supplier, not from my closet. Message me and I will confirm the price and postage before anything is paid.
- It posts from Prague. Second-hand pieces usually go within a day or two. New stock takes 5-10 business days across Europe.
Pieces without a shop name are second-hand or one-of-a-kind from my own collection, so each exists once — when it is gone it is gone. Sizes are the label size; ask me for real measurements before you buy.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in euro. They are converted from Czech koruna at the European Central Bank reference rate and rounded to the nearest euro.
Vinted charges in your own currency at checkout, so the amount you pay for a second-hand piece may differ slightly from the figure on the card. Prices on cards marked with a shop name are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay anything.
Shipping
Second-hand pieces. Postage is arranged and priced by Vinted when you buy, not by me. You choose the delivery option at checkout and Vinted shows you the cost before you pay. I post from Prague, usually within a day or two of the sale.
New stock. I post these myself, from Prague, across Europe. Delivery is normally 5-10 business days. Postage depends on where you are and what you are ordering, so I confirm it with you on WhatsApp before anything is paid — you will never be asked to pay a figure you have not seen first.
Returns
Second-hand pieces bought on Vinted. Vinted’s Buyer Protection applies, and their process is the one that governs the sale: if an item does not arrive, or does not match its description, you raise it with Vinted and they handle the refund. That protection is a large part of why the second-hand side of the wardrobe runs there rather than through a checkout of my own.
New stock ordered on WhatsApp. Here I am the seller, and EU consumer law applies: you have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to change your mind, without giving a reason. Tell me within those 14 days and send the item back, and I refund what you paid for it. Message me and I will tell you where to send it.
Either way, if something arrives damaged or is not what the page said it was, message me. I would rather fix it than argue about who is technically right.
Common questions
- How do I actually buy something?
- If the piece is second-hand, click through to its Vinted listing and buy it there — payment and postage are handled by Vinted. If the card is marked with a shop name it is new stock, and you order it by messaging me on WhatsApp. There is no checkout on this site.
- Do you ship outside the Czech Republic?
- Yes, across Europe. Second-hand pieces ship through Vinted to any country Vinted operates in, at the postage Vinted quotes you. New stock I post myself from Prague, normally arriving in 5-10 business days, at a postage cost I confirm with you before you pay.
- What if it does not fit?
- Ask before you buy — that is the reliable fix. Sizes on the cards are the label size, and Indian label sizes do not map neatly onto European ones, so message me and I will measure the actual garment for you. If you have already bought: a Vinted purchase goes through Vinted’s Buyer Protection, and new stock ordered on WhatsApp carries the 14-day right to change your mind.
- Are the clothes second-hand or new?
- Both, and the card tells you which. A card with no shop name on it is from my own wardrobe: second-hand or one-of-a-kind, and it exists exactly once. A card marked with a shop name is new stock from a Prague supplier. Every second-hand piece also carries its condition — new with tags, new without tags, very good, good or satisfactory — as Vinted grades it.
- Why Vinted, instead of a shop on this website?
- Because it is genuinely better for you. Vinted handles the payment, the postage label and the buyer protection, and it means I never see your card details and this site never has to ask you for them. It is also why there are no cookies, no accounts and no tracking here — there is nothing to track.
Privacy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no trackers or advertising. There is no account to create and no form to fill in, so the site itself asks you for nothing at all.
Two things are worth stating plainly rather than pretending otherwise:
- Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs — including your IP address — to deliver pages and defend against attacks. That happens for every website; I do not use those logs for anything, and I cannot identify you from them.
- Messages you send me. If you write on WhatsApp or by email, I have your message and whatever is in it — your number or address, and anything you tell me. I use it to answer you and to send an order if you place one. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not pass it to anyone.
Links to Vinted, WhatsApp and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies, which are theirs and not mine.

Terms
- This site is a catalogue. It takes no payments and holds no accounts. Second-hand sales happen on Vinted under Vinted’s terms; new stock is ordered by message and agreed with me directly before payment.
- Second-hand pieces are one-of-a-kind. A listing can sell while you are looking at it, and availability shown here follows Vinted with a short delay.
- Sizes shown are label sizes and photographs are of the actual item. Colours vary between screens.
- Prices in euro are converted and rounded, as described above. The amount charged is the one shown at checkout on Vinted, or the one agreed with me for new stock.
- The writing and photographs here are mine. Please do not republish them.
